Oliver Horne
Accounting Manager
Oliver is currently pursuing a degree in finance. Upon completion of his degree, he plans to obtain his real estate license and begin a career in the real estate industry.
He works closely alongside his grandmother, assisting with accounts payable and collections, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting the family business and gaining valuable hands-on experience in financial management.

Madeline Duncan
Accountant
Madeline is part of our accounting department and is pursuing her degree in accounting. She began her college career at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) on a basketball scholarship, which helped shape her discipline and time management skills.
Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Madeline takes pride in supporting the company’s financial operations. As the oldest daughter of owners Jeremiah and Jennifer Horne, she’s excited to be part of the EJI family business.
Outside of work, Madeline enjoys hunting, boating, shopping, and following all sports.

Hanna Faircloth
Accountant
Hanna Faircloth is part of the Accounting Department at Ethan Jackson Investments. Originally from Northern Illinois, she proudly served eight years in the U.S. Army, honing her discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Hanna is excited to grow her accounting expertise while contributing to the company’s success.
In her free time, she stays active, explores new places with her husband, and enjoys experimenting with baking.

Anne Horne
Accounts Payable Assistant and Expense Analyst
Anne is a valued member of the Horne family and an essential part of the accounting team. As the accounts payable clerk, she manages vendor invoices and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Anne is the mother of Jeremiah and Justin, and they all share the same dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence. Her role and reliability make her a vital contributor to the company’s success.

Tim Dean
General Superintendent
Tim Dean has been a dedicated member of the Ethan Jackson Investments team since June 2023. Recently promoted to General Superintendent, Tim now oversees multiple job sites, ensuring projects run efficiently, safely, and to EJI’s high standards. His leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on approach play a key role in the success of our construction operations.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending quality time and making new memories with his daughter.

Ray Sloan
Superintendent
Ray Sloan is the Superintendent for Platform Douglas and Windsor Waycross and a dedicated, hardworking member of the Ethan Jackson Investments (EJI) team. With over 20 years of experience in the construction field, his commitment and strong work ethic play a vital role in the successful management and completion of projects under his supervision.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending quality time with his family and grandchildren, balancing his professional dedication with meaningful moments at home.

Terry Brumfield
Superintendent
With over 25 years of experience in concrete and construction, Terry Brumfield brings expert leadership and problem-solving to every project. As a Superintendent he oversees residential and commercial builds with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Terry has managed a wide range of projects—including foundations, slabs, poured walls, decorative concrete, and large-scale infrastructure. He has owned and operated construction businesses, supervised municipal and highway work, and collaborated with some of the industry's top professionals.
Certified in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, and highly skilled in plant operations, excavation, watershed control, and site management, Terry is a trusted leader and invaluable asset to the Ethan Jackson Investments team.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys boating, fishing, and relaxing on the beach. He also has a passion for music and spends time writing songs in his spare time.

Kelly Kemp
Superintendent
Kelly Kemp is the Construction Superintendent for the Platform Dothan expansion, bringing extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to quality and execution. A U.S. Army National Guard veteran with 10 years of service, including as a veteran of the First Gulf War, Kelly is known for his discipline, reliability, and results-driven approach to every project.
When he is not at Platform Dothan, Kelly enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his children in their activities, often found cheering them on at football and baseball games. A devoted supporter of Alabama football, he proudly backs the Crimson Tide—Roll Tide.

Becky Shaffer
Superintendent
Becky Shaffer is the Construction Superintendent for the MGVG Dublin project, where she brings strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to excellence in every phase of construction. She plays a key role in overseeing site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Known for her hands-on approach and attention to detail, Becky is dedicated to keeping projects on schedule while maintaining quality craftsmanship throughout the build process. Her professionalism and reliability make her a valuable leader on the MGVG Dublin team.

Pierce Moate
Superintendent
Pierce Moate is a Construction Superintendent with a strong background in construction and home improvement, bringing hands-on experience and a practical approach to every project he oversees. Born and raised in Georgia, he continues to call the state home and takes pride in helping bring projects to life while ensuring quality and attention to detail from start to finish.
Following his service in the U.S. Army, Pierce continued his career in construction, building on his skills in the field and his commitment to hard work, reliability, and getting the job done right. His background allows him to effectively lead teams and support successful project completion.
Outside of work, Pierce enjoys spending time with his family and embracing life as a new father. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with loved ones, and staying active in his community here in Georgia.

James Maddox
Construction & Maintenance Technician
James plays an important role in supporting both maintenance and construction efforts at EJI. Known for his strong work ethic, he appreciates staying busy and contributing to the team’s success.
Off the clock, James prioritizes spending meaningful time with his family and loves being with his grandchildren, balancing his dedication to work with a fulfilling life at home.

Megan Pearson
Construction Budget Analyst
Born and raised in Cairo, Megan brings precision, purpose, and a deep commitment to excellence to her role as Construction Budget Analyst at Ethan Jackson Investments. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for ensuring project success, she aligns budgets with timelines and goals—helping to drive efficiency from the office to the field.
Megan is known for her collaborative spirit and unwavering dedication to supporting her team, whether she’s working alongside superintendents or providing key insights to leadership. Her work reflects integrity, accuracy, and a strong desire to help others succeed.

Kenzie is a dedicated Leasing & Sales Manager with a passion for real estate and community development. She is currently pursuing a degree in General Business and is also working diligently toward obtaining her real estate license. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth underscores her dedication to providing exceptional service in both leasing and property management.
In her role, Kenzie helps prospective residents find the perfect home in our communities. She guides them through the leasing process with professionalism and care, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the very start, while also overseeing property operations to maintain high standards for residents. Her strong organizational skills and friendly approach make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Brittany Williamson
Leasing & Facilities Manager
Brittany is our Leasing and Facilities Manager and a proud Cairo, GA native, excited to grow her career in property management. While new to the industry, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset. Brittany is passionate about providing excellent customer service, building positive relationships with residents, and helping properties run smoothly through clear communication and teamwork. She strives to create a welcoming environment where residents feel heard, supported, and at home.
When she’s not at work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two daughters, whether at home or on weekend adventures. The beach is her favorite place to unwind and recharge.

Lexi Maxwell
Leasing & Marketing Manager
Lexi Maxwell is our Leasing and Marketing Manager at Ethan Jackson Investments, where she leverages her expertise to drive impactful marketing strategies. She graduated from the University of North Georgia in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing.
During her academic journey, Lexi completed two internships that provided her with valuable hands-on experience and helped shape her into a skilled marketing professional. At Ethan Jackson Investments, she continues to expand her marketing capabilities, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Outside of work, Lexi enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as relaxing at the beach, which fuels her creativity and work-life balance.

Jonathan “Jay” Cortes is a dedicated member of the maintenance team at Ethan Jackson Investments. With a strong background in hands-on maintenance and property care, Jay plays an important role in ensuring our communities remain safe, functional, and well maintained. His attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to tackle any task make him a valuable part of our operations team.
Jay proudly lives in Bainbridge, Georgia, and is committed to serving the communities we manage in Americus, Bainbridge, and Cairo. He takes pride in helping keep our properties running smoothly for residents and staff alike.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his dog and relaxing with family and friends.

Maintenance Technician
Caitlin Joyner is a reliable and detail-oriented maintenance professional with experience in routine repairs, deep cleaning, and groundskeeping. She takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept environments through consistent upkeep and a strong attention to detail. Caitlin is committed to delivering high-quality work, whether she is handling general maintenance tasks, completing intensive cleaning projects, or caring for outdoor spaces.

Chris is a skilled maintenance professional with hands-on experience in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. After serving four years in the military, Chris developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing every task correctly and efficiently.
Whether handling routine maintenance or addressing more complex repair needs, Chris brings discipline, problem-solving ability, and dependability to every job, ensuring consistent and professional results.
When he’s not working, Chris enjoys hands-on projects and spending quality time with his wife, Caitlin, and their children.
