Clay Davis

Accounting Associate

Clay is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Valdosta State University and will start the Master of Accountancy program in spring 2026. With over five years of experience in public accounting and bookkeeping, he supports Ethan Jackson Investments as an Accounting Associate, handling invoicing, reconciliations, and transaction management.

Clay lives in Whigham, Georgia, with his wife and enjoys fishing in his free time.

Anne Horne

Accounts Payable Assistant and Expense Analyst

Anne is a valued member of the Horne family and an essential part of the accounting team. As the accounts payable clerk, she manages vendor invoices and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Anne is the mother of Jeremiah and Justin, and they all share the same dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence. Her role and reliability make her a vital contributor to the company’s success.

Oliver Horne

Accounts Payable Clerk and Collections Assistant

Oliver is currently a senior in high school and is on track to graduate by October 2025. After graduation, Oliver plans to pursue a real estate license and begin a career in the industry.

He works closely alongside his grandmother, assisting with accounts payable and collections, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting the family business and gaining valuable hands-on experience in financial management.

Jamie MacNeil

Superintendent, Platform Dothan

Jamie is the Superintendent at Platform Dothan, where she has played a key role in ensuring the project is built with efficiency and precision. She began her career at Ethan Jackson Investments (EJI) as a subcontractor in 2019 and, with four years of dedicated service, has become an integral part of the company’s growth and success.

She developed her construction expertise by working alongside her husband at Finish Line Construction, gaining hands-on knowledge that she applies daily in her role. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with her three children, shopping, and reading.

Tim Dean

Superintendent, Platform Cairo & MGVG Thomasville

Tim Dean has been a committed member of the Ethan Jackson Investments (EJI) team since June 2023. As one of our talented superintendents, Tim oversees properties in Cairo and Thomasville, ensuring they are well-maintained and running smoothly. His dedication and attention to detail greatly contribute to the success of our operations.

When he’s not on the job site, Tim enjoys making new memories with his daughter.

Tyler Giddens

Superintendent, The Platform at Osigian Way

Tyler is the dedicated superintendent for our property in Warner Robins. With a strong commitment to excellence, he works tirelessly to ensure the property is always well-maintained and looking its best.

Tyler’s experience in the Army has instilled in him a disciplined, proactive approach that directly benefits his work with our team. His attention to detail and strong work ethic make him an integral part of EJI, consistently creating a welcoming and pristine environment for all residents.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his kids and being outdoors.

Ray Sloan

Superintendent, Platform Douglas

Ray Sloan is the Superintendent for Platform Douglas and a dedicated, hardworking member of the Ethan Jackson Investments (EJI) team. With over 20 years of experience in the construction field, his commitment and strong work ethic play a vital role in the successful management and completion of projects under his supervision.

Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending quality time with his family and grandchildren, balancing his professional dedication with meaningful moments at home.

Terry Brumfield

Superintendent, Wood Ridge Subdivision

With over 25 years of experience in concrete and construction, Terry Brumfield brings expert leadership and problem-solving to every project. As a Superintendent he oversees residential and commercial builds with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Terry has managed a wide range of projects—including foundations, slabs, poured walls, decorative concrete, and large-scale infrastructure. He has owned and operated construction businesses, supervised municipal and highway work, and collaborated with some of the industry's top professionals.

Certified in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, and highly skilled in plant operations, excavation, watershed control, and site management, Terry is a trusted leader and invaluable asset to the Ethan Jackson Investments team.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys boating, fishing, and relaxing on the beach. He also has a passion for music and spends time writing songs in his spare time.

Megan Pearson

Construction Budget Analyst

Born and raised in Cairo, Megan brings precision, purpose, and a deep commitment to excellence to her role as Construction Budget Analyst at Ethan Jackson Investments. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for ensuring project success, she aligns budgets with timelines and goals—helping to drive efficiency from the office to the field.

Megan is known for her collaborative spirit and unwavering dedication to supporting her team, whether she’s working alongside superintendents or providing key insights to leadership. Her work reflects integrity, accuracy, and a strong desire to help others succeed.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys sunny days outdoors and spending quality time with her daughter. Focused, compassionate, and driven, she is an essential part of keeping our projects running smoothly and our teams supported every step of the way.

Lexi Maxwell

Marketing Associate

Lexi Maxwell is a dedicated Marketing Associate at Ethan Jackson Investments, where she leverages her expertise to drive impactful marketing strategies. She graduated from the University of North Georgia in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing.

During her academic journey, Lexi completed two internships that provided her with valuable hands-on experience and helped shape her into a skilled marketing professional. At Ethan Jackson Investments, she continues to expand her marketing capabilities, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Outside of work, Lexi enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as relaxing at the beach, which fuels her creativity and work-life balance.

Leasing Agent

Kenzie is a dedicated Leasing Agent with a passion for real estate and community development. Currently pursuing a degree in General Business, she is also working diligently toward obtaining her real estate license. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth underscores her dedication to providing exceptional service in the leasing process.

In her role, Kenzie helps prospective residents find the perfect home in our communities across Cairo, Bainbridge, and Dothan. She guides them through the leasing process with professionalism and care, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the very start. Her strong organizational skills and friendly approach make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Kaitlynn Bywaters

Maintenance Director

Kaitlynn Bywaters serves as the Maintenance Director at Ethan Jackson Investments (EJI), where she oversees the upkeep and maintenance of the company’s seven properties. In this role, she ensures that each location remains well-maintained and visually appealing for residents and visitors alike.

A 2019 graduate of Cairo High School, Kaitlynn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Valdosta State University. She has grown in her role by drawing on hands-on experience gained from helping her father with his plumbing company, which has provided her with practical skills and a strong understanding of maintenance operations. This unique background, combined with her academic knowledge, enables her to effectively manage maintenance activities and contribute significantly to the company’s success.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kaitlynn enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cherishing the connections that keep her grounded and connected to her roots.

James Maddox

James plays an important role in supporting both maintenance and construction efforts at EJI. Known for his strong work ethic, he appreciates staying busy and contributing to the team’s success.

James Carroll

Maintenance Technician

James “JC” Carroll is a dedicated member of our maintenance team at Ethan Jackson Investments. Born and raised in Cairo, Georgia, JC brings a wealth of experience in construction and electrical work to his role. His hands-on expertise and commitment to quality have made him a pivotal member of our operations.

Outside of work, JC enjoys spending time outdoors and spending time with his family.

Timothy Greene

Maintenance & HVAC Technician

Timothy Greene is a valued member of our maintenance team at Ethan Jackson Investments. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Timothy served eight years before transitioning to a career as an HVAC technician, where he has built another eight years of hands-on experience. His strong work ethic, technical expertise, and dedication to excellence make him an essential part of our team.

Originally from Bainbridge, Georgia, Timothy enjoys spending his free time at the beach and relaxing with his family.
